How do on perform a building flush under option 2 for a 24 hr operating building. In LEED reference guide it is mentioned as "ventilation has to be started 3 hrs before the occupancy, and this has to be maintained until a total of 14,000 cu.ft of fresh air has been delivered to the air-conditioned space"

In this case, you would need to supply 100% outside air 24 hours a day until you achieve the 14,000 cu. ft/SF of building.

Mr.Allison thanks for your comments.
But it is very difficult in our project location(coastal area) to meet the inside design conditions especially the Rh if we supply 100% fresh air..
Do we have any other alternate solution?

This credit has two options: you could do the testing option, which does not require flush-out. If you do the flush-out, there's no way around it. Mechanical dehumidification may be needed, but that could be difficult in your climate.
