Our project is pursuing Option 1 Path 2 - Flush During Early Occupancy. Do filters need to be replaced after the flush, or only after construction as part of IEQc3.1?

Only after construction and only if the unit(s) performing the flush were energized during construction.
The filters may be replaced after the flush but this is not a condition for satisfying the credit requirements.
