I have 2 questions about EAp2.
1. Can we perform energy modeling for the residential unit by using "building envelope trade off" option instead of "prescriptive building envelope" option?
In this case, the window-to-wall ratio can be OK over 40% in the baseline?
You rely on LEEDuser. Can we rely on you?

All of the building envelop performance parameters, except those within Section 5.4, are available for trade-off. All trade-off means is that you do not have to meet a prescriptive strategy if you are following a performance path like Section 11 of in the case of LEED, Appendix G.
The window-to-wall area in the baseline cannot exceed 40%. The baseline must be modeled according to Appendix G.
