I am working on a project with a limited site. The proposed building (six story hotel) has a distinct size that only fits on the site one way. How should I address Criteria 1.3: Building Configurations in order to pass the exploration of the alternate building configurations? Thanks.

So how did you come to the conclusion that it only fits on the site one way? I would think that all you need to do is explain how you came to that conclusion and show any alternatives that may have been considered.

The existing site used to be a stand alone restaurant and parking lot. A much smaller building than the new hotel. The new building is very longitudinal as is the project site. There are also shared right of ways along the western side (longer side) of the site. Due to the limited project site boundaries and the increase in FAR, the building configuration is very limited to the site. Thanks for your response!
