CS-2009 PIf2:Project Summary Details

Building area to site area ratio

Hi, I am doing an office tower (19 stories above grade). The gross floor area is 280000 sf, with a Total site area within the LEED project boundary of 30000 sf and a 15000 sf as footprint of the project site. I have to verify the Building area to site area ratio calculation. Is it right to have a value as 933%? Thank you.
