CS-v4 LTc4:Surrounding density and diverse uses

Buildable areas

Hi everyone,

I am working on a project for an industrial park, in the 1st phase only one building will be built. My question is whether the buildings to be built in the future can be counted as buildable and if the building m2 of the 1st phase can be included in the calculation of buildable?

Ana, if you treat this as a LEED campus with 2 buildings, you would include the second building. Refer to https://www.usgbc.org/resources/leed-campus-guidance.
You could also treat the project as 2 separate LEED projects.  More details will help this forum give you further guidance.
