Just hoping for a clarification/second opinion. Our project features 2-3 story walkup apartments that are access by central breezeways. The breezeways front the street, are connected to the sidewalk, and are how everyone accesses their units. This meets the the intent, correct?
In some cases, there is parking behind the buildings, which also connects to the breezeway, so you can access it from the front from the street, or from the back from the parking lot.
Finally, if there is a large building, i.e. 300 ft long, and it has a central lobby entrances from both the street front and the parking lot, that still demonstrates there is a principal functional entry on the front facade facing the street and suffices, correct? There are no requirements for how many functional entries there are - it enters a main lobby where you access elevators, etc for the apartments.
Thank you!
