It would have to be an exemplary performance point under Innovation, according to the reference guide: "For exemplary performance, pursue Option 2 or 3 in addition to Option 1. Otherwise, only one option is allowed."

Hello,
Our project is not located in a historic district but is a National Historic Landmark as well as a located in QCTs.Does it still qualify for an exemplary performance point?
Thank you,

Does the Historic Landmark include just the project building, or the surrounding area? All the credit and reference guide language refers to historic districts rather than individual historic buildings, with the intent of driving development to historic areas. I think you'd be able to make a stronger case for the EP point if you can point to the area around the building having some historic designation.
