Boilerplate and legalese

What sorts of boilerplate and legalese will we need on the BIT User site? For example:

  • Privacy policy
  • Terms & conditions
  • Disclaimer

I'm not saying you need any or all of those, but I'm just giving a heads-up in case you need to check with your legal advisor.

I can link to those documents from the site footer.
