Municipal law requires that our building be completely smoke-free inside. It also bans smoking next to the building, but it’s not as stringent as the 25 foot LEED requirement. Do we have to make another policy that bans smoking within 25 feet?

Blower Door Test for Residential Units

If a residential project has 4 floors of condos that allow smoking above 5 floors of apartments that do not allow smoking, does there need to be a blower door test performed for every unit, or just the units that allow smoking?
