Blower Door Test in NC?

I'm working on a renovation of an existing building pursuing LEED NC. The clients would like to perform a blower door test prior to drywall installation to improve the building's thermal envelope. Has anyone heard of credit being awarded for this type of strategy in NC as this is usually only done in residential projects.

The problem with claiming any credit for infiltration reduction is that there is no baseline for comparison. 90.1 does not establish one yet. I tried to do this years ago with a project and the savings were not allowed. Perhaps you could submit an interpretation and open the door for the rest of us? If you try to claim credit in the review process make sure to do it as an exceptional calculation.
