Hi Gustavo,
I may not understand your question exactly but the performance requirement is expressed in leakage area (1.25 square inches) per enclosure area (100 square feet). Are you looking to see if there's a way to convert that metric into ACH? If so, I'm not aware of an equivalent expression of the performance metric in ACH or cfm/sf.
