CS-v4 LTc6:Bicycle facilities

Bicycle Storage for residential part in mixed used building

I'm working on mixed used LEED CS v4 project. we have Offices, retail & residential areas. To calculate bicycle storage & shower for offices & retails we considered the default occupancy from reference guide. But how we will calculate the occupancy for residential. we have total 27, 1 Bhk units. Should we follow the local code i.e. 1.42 per unit but this not include transient? how we will calculate transient occupancy in residential?

I think local code for residency makes sense. For transients, projects typically make a reasonable guess. Since the percentage is low, you can hopefully include plenty of bike parking if there is any doubt.
