Hello everyone,
I am currently working on a project located on a relatively industrialised area. That being said, due to the nature of the area there aren't any bicycle networks around the area. Nonetheless, the employee questionaire showed that more than half of those who will start working on this building will be using bicycles in order to get there.
Note that the speed limit in this area is at 40km/h.
Would it be possible to make it acceptable?

Hi Vaslieios, to clarify, you do not meet any of the bicycle network requirements like access to basic services? This could be a tough sell if not. Though I might recommend contacting GBCI and explaining your case, focusing on the low speed street that does comply and that such a large percentage of employees that are biking to work. Unfortunately, this credit is fairly prescriptive and my experience has been if you don't meet all of the requirements, the credit is not a good fit. But I always encourage speaking with GBCI and showing how you meet the credit intent in case here is an opportunity there.
