Is there a list of which number corresponds with each Best Practice? E.g. "03 Energy Audit & Planning."

Thanks for the list. Just one thing... before it's set in stone, are you sure you want to say "Preventative" instead of "Preventive"? http://www.learnersdictionary.com/qa/preventive-or-preventative
