BuildingEase's newest module is live! Its power will be in YOUR use of it! Reduce sending C&D to landfill NOW!

The BE-Xchange is a free space supporting circularity by giving everyone a place to:
- post materials left over on a job site, to find new homes
- redistribute products (and FF&E) within a campus (corporate or higher ed)
- find service providers for demo, salvage, product/furniture rehab
- find resources for education and information
- coordinate small quantities of products for take-back programs to meet minimum threshold requirements (this section being developed - weigh in about how you want it to work!)
BEST OF ALL
You can choose which audience you post items to:
- the general public (everyone)
- Nonprofits only (public schools included)
- Your organization only (i.e., higher ed can post its FF&E within its campus only)
This is one of those opportunities where critical mass creates value - let's all get on here, spread the word to property managers and landlords (who clear out tenant spaces) and others and continue to turn the tide!

* (Logging on also gives you access to BuildingEase's Material Tracking tool - if you are interested in using that, you can access that User Guide here - or set up a 15 min zoom to get a quick walk thru!) The BuildingEase Material Tracking (MT) tool is in Beta and will be linked to the mindful Materials portal when it's rebooted in the coming months. MT allows team access to manage and coordinate material lists within a team, between spec writer and designers/engineers and GC/subs - and includes procurement - it's got enough going on that a short demo is easier than plowing thru the User Guide!
