I have an attic that is heated only with a Gas Furnace. However, there is an exhaust fan that helps maintain the space at or below 84 degrees and also runs to ventilate the space on the rare occasion it is occupied.
In calculating the baseline fan power in the Tables 1.4 excel sheet, how do I account for that exhaust fan in the baseline building? It's about 0.1 KW in the proposed building.

It depends on how you model it. You can either model the space with same system as the rest of the baseline building (unless an exception to G3.1.1 applies). This would require you to add a cooling system to this space in the Proposed identical to the Baseline. In this case do the baseline fan power calculations accordingly. Or you could model the space as a system 9 or 10 from ASHRAE 90.1-2010 and follow the baseline fan power calculations for that system.

This is interesting...does the rule still apply that I then have to use ASHRAE 90.1-2010 consistantly for the whole LEED project?

In this case, the systems types were added as an addendum to 2007 (referred to as #10 and #11 in that case), so it is not necessary to follow 2010. See LI 10130 for more information.
