Hi I am using Baseline system 7 and I notice that the heat rejection energy is higher than expected.
ASHRAE 90.1 2010 SI edition states "The heat rejection device shall be an axial fan cooling tower with two speed fans, and shall meet the performance requirements of Table 6.8.1G." Table 6.8.1.G states a performance required of ≥ 3.23 L/s.kW.
Is there a way of cross checking that the Baseline Heat Rejection fan has been auto sized correctly. e.g. Condenser loop flow rate vs cooling tower fan power. For example in my case the condenser loop length = 73.02 l/s and the fan power = 22.6kW. (73.02 / 22.6 = 3.23) ??

Not sure how to cross check this but it appears as if you are calculating the fan power correctly. How you might go about this would certainly be software specific.
