Do the required savings for this prerequisite (and credit) need to come only from building energy, or also process loads?

A bit of a newbie to LEED stuff, but does anyone know how to make the baseline energy source electric in stead of gas?

 

Or do I just convert Therms to kWh manually when I enter it in the MEP spreadsheet?

You need to put the baseline HVAC system into the baseline model. You don't convert.
