Hi,
We are modeling a portion of a building.
The building counts with two dedicated outdoor air systems that provdie outdoor air to the whole building.
We know the amount of outdoor air flow available for the project, each AHU total air flow and power.
It is being hard to get more information about the building, except that it is an office building.
To determine the equipment power corresponding to our portion of the building, we are doing the following:
- Project Outdoor Airflow determined by IEQp1 (l/s)/Total Outdoor Airflow of AHU from Mechanical Schedule (l/s) = A
- The demand corresponding to the portion of the building (kW) = Equipment Power (kW) x A.
Do you think that this is correct?, if not, I would appreciate any comments.
Thank you.

Yes, that calculation is correct except you should be using teh actual outdoor airflow provided to the project rather than the outdoor airflow determined by IEQp1 (unless they are identical).
