NC-2009 EAp2: Minimum Energy Performance
When modeling the Baseline Bldg, where is the best place to add the 15% safety factor for cooling that is allowed by G3.1.2.2? In Carrier's HAP, it can be added at the “Sizing Data” tab or at the “Equipment Data” tab.

The 15% gets added at the plant or the system levels. Just make sure it is not added at both. Not sure how that translates in HAP.
