Baseline Air Flow Rate

Hi All, According the ASHRAE standards, I used system 10 - Heating only and Ventilation for the baseline model. However, the autosized supply air flow rate (based on supply air T=40 degree) is much higher than the designed flow rate. As a result, the project can get a very good energy and cost savings. But I am unsure if this is the normal case for energy modelling. Thanks in advance!

Baseline system air flow rates for System Types 9 and 10 shall be determined based on the temperature differential between 105 degrees F and the design space heating temperature setpoint, the minimum outdoor air flow rate, or the air flow rate required to meet applicable code or accreditation standards, whichever is greater. You usually do not see a significant savings related to these heating only systems.
