Auto Service/Repair

R W, this question has been asked a lot about various specific "services." I would recommend referencing the FAQs above.

Whatever you're submitting pretty much has to fit in one of the categories listed in the credit. So which category could you put any of those in to? You might have a chance with the Skatepark, which you might be able to categorize as a "Park" -- unless it's indoors, in which case you might be able to try it as a "Fitness Center" or maybe as a "Community Center" although it's probably a stretch... Does the Landscaping Materials place sell shovels, hoses, tools and things like that too or is it just plants? There is the "Hardware" category, but it's likely be a stretch... You can always try submitting -- being sure the actual name is clear (i.e. "Skatepark (Service: Park)" and "Joe's Landscaping Supply (Service: Hardware)") so you're not lying to the LEED Reviewer and see what they think. If you need to you could also include a sentence or two (or a photo!) describing the amenity (Ex. The Skatepark includes multiple benches and paths to walk around outside of the skating area allowing people a place to walk or sit with interesting things to look at while out of harms way...) You might get lucky... But I wouldn't even bother trying with the Insurance or Auto Repair.
