This will contribute but it doesn't totally address the credit requirements. This credit is mostly about designing to the site, e.g. climate patterns, topography, surrounding development. The Site Assessment worksheet in the credit library should help you understand what USGBC is looking for.
If the ESA indicates site contamination, that would apply to High Priority Site.
