Currently working on the V4.1, I find it difficult to understand the requirement and in particular how to calculate the PCI and PCIL perimeters and in particular the prerequisite «EA Prerequisite: Minimum Energy Performance», as well as the gain on energy consumption and greenhouse gases. Can someone explain to me how to calculate the two credits?
What are Baseline Building Regulated Energy Cost and Baseline Building Unregulated Energy Cost consumptions? Is it the values of the project with the Ashrae requirements or are they other values?
Are energy gains calculated in economic or energy terms?
