NC-2009 EAp2:Minimum Energy Performance

ASHRAE Mandatory Provisions for Power

I'm working on LEED for a stadium, and we have a bit of trouble interpreting requirements of ASHRAE 90.1 -2007 section 8. The project will have a tranformer that will filter the high voltage. In the section 8.4 Feeder conductors shall be sized for a maximum voltage drop of 2% at design load. My doubt is where should I consider this voltage drop, before or after the transformer? Does this requirement from the section apply for both high voltage and low voltage? If not asking too much, could anyone send me a figure showing which shows where I should consider this voltage drop for both Feeder and Branch Circuit (I couldn’t find any in the ASHRAE 90.1)?

I hesitate to comment since I am not an electrical engineer. You might want to look through the 90.1 User's Manual for guidance.
