Do the required savings for this prerequisite (and credit) need to come only from building energy, or also process loads?

NC-v4 EAp2:Minimum energy performance

ASHRAE Baseline HVAC System for Healthcare project

Hi all,

A big hospital project is about to kick off and we are wondering which ASHRAE HVAC system we should be using for the Baseline model? Would that be System 8 or are there any special requirements we should be sticking to, due to the nature of the building (Hospital)?

Any advice would be valuable. Many thanks in advance.
