Hello, In the major renovation of an existing building, existing chiller and boiler are being retained. Would ASHRAE 90.1-2007 require these equipment to fulfill the minimum efficiency requirements?

Fabio: The baseline requirements do not change. Watch out that you don't exceed the limits for unmet load hours. Omer: In your energy model, the baseline equipment will have to meet the 90.1-2007 requirements. Whether that means you need to replace the boiler and chiller to comply will depend on your model results.
