Hello, I am wonderinq if you can help me: where no heating system exists the heating system classification shall be asummed to be electric, and the system characteristics shall be identical to the system modeled in the baseline building desing (In my case base line is system 8 and i dont have heating systems, so,Is Paralel PIU with reheat and the heating coil as a electric resistant corret?or it need to be the same AHU system that will serve at my fan coil but including an electric resistant in the AHU?) thank you

So without a heating system in the design (and assuming you don't need one) just model the electric resistance in the AHU and set the heating set point so that it never comes on.
