I have a CI project that has asbestos in the existing space that must be addressed for our project. Under v3, I would have documented this under SS Cr 1 as a Path 12 item related to the site, but applicable to our project. I'm guessing that since the building-related contamination was removed as an option for documenting the High Priority Site for NC projects, that the same would apply here, and it would not qualify for an ID strategy, correct?

For a follow-up hypothetical...if we were a CI project going into a new building being constructed, and there were site (not building) contamination, would that qualify for an ID strategy?
