NC-v4.1 LTc8:Electric Vehicles

Are Electric bikes taken into account in LEED?

Hi! Are electric bicycles considered electric vehicles? So is the LEED credit NC-v4.1 LTc8 - Electric Vehicles applicable to Bikes?

According to this credit, EV are all the vehicle driven by electric motors.

If not, is any other credit available where electric bikes are taken into account in LEED V4.1?
