In the earlier credit form, we had to enter the total number of showers/ changing rooms in the project. If a project typically had only showers, even then the credit was awarded on meeting the required numbers of showers only. However, the revised form asks for separate changing rooms and showers and unless both the values are meeting the credit requirement individually, the gross total percentage does not meet the credit requirement. My queries are as follows:
1. Considering a project has only shower rooms and sufficient accessories / fittings / storage space for accommodating the clothes, can the shower rooms be considered as changing rooms(since this would significantly impact the space usage in a project). Considering we have 5 such shower rooms only in the project which serve both the purposes, can we mention in the form that we have 5 showers and 5 changing rooms.
2. Is there a CIR which can guide us in the right direction.

My interpretation is that as long as there is sufficient space in the shower area to change, that's fine. The rooms don't have to be separate and distinct.
