Appealing period.

Does the announced holidays of GBCI from 25 feb 2012-1 fan 2013 count as holidays and will not be included in 25 bussiness days of appealing preriod? thanks

I would think so, but you'll need to confirm with GBCI - I'd hate to give you an outside opinion and be wrong!
