Can LEED V.4 C&S projects use the same Alternative Compliance Path (ACP) provisioned for LEED V.3 C&S projects as outlined in the link below? http://www.usgbc.org/resources/cs-2009-eap2-c1-acp This ACP essentially allows projects to reduce LEED points thresholds based on the percentage of the project energy use that the developer has control on. Appreciate any directions on the use of this ACP for LEED V.4 projects in United States.

No the thresholds for points are already lowered in v4 for CS projects. This ACP cannot be used for v4 projects.
