I am working on a Core and Shell Project and I would like to use the calculator of alternative compliance path for reducing the percentage of saving needed to meet EA the prerequisite 2. The percentage of saving necessary to accomplish the EAp2 depends on the percentage of energy consumption controlled by the owner. Is this percentage of energy use taking from baseline or proposed case? I mean, the number that I have to enter in the calculator in the follow cell: “enter the percent of energy cost influenced or directly controlled by CS owner/Developer” is from the baseline design or from the proposed building design.
