NC-v4 EAc3:Advanced energy metering

All meters in the system must be capable of reporting hourly, daily, monthly, and annual energy use.

To Whom This May Concern

One of the meter requirement states "All meters in the system must be capable of reporting hourly, daily, monthly, and annual energy use." My question is, does it have to be the meter itself that reports at those intervals, or can the system compile the hourly data and handle the reporting in those intervals?

The metering system can complie the data using the hourly readings.
