All Electric in Healthcare patient care settings?

Hi SD Leaders: I'm writing to get your help identifying any experts or projects where all-electric HVAC solutions are being implemented in a large new build healthcare/patient care setting. The client has raised concerns about the reliability of an electric re-heat system and its ability to promptly respond to temperature controls. They also stated that there's a 5% failure rate with electric heat. They consider this a business continuity issue so are currently going with natural gas.  I'd love to be able to share some examples of projects with reliable all-electric solutions or names of experts.  Thanks in advance

Hi Mary Ann, We are designing millions of square feet of healthcare in cold climates that will run almost entirely on electric heat pumps, but we typically use hot water for heating because you can use heat pumps as the primary heating source, with combustion-based heating for back-up.  I'm happy to chat if helpful.
