Has anyone worked on an Air national Guard traning facility and been able to determine which areas are considered regularly occupied? Training at the facility only occurs one weekend a month and 2 weeks in the summer time. There are a handful of regular year round employees that would occupy a handful of rooms. any input would be helpful. Thank you!

Eventhough the spaces are only used twice a month on weekends, those spaces are used for at least one hour, with the potential that the facility could become full time. An argument that it is only used twice a month on the weekends would not be sufficient and i would look at the facility as if it where a full time operation to determine what spaces should and should not be included.
