AHU Fan Power Requirement

I have a CS project in which the AHU will be provided by the tenant, since our energy modelling has been already simulated, we have no energy savings because of the missing information for the AHU fans of the tenant. With this, we decided to put the requirement on the tenant guidelines to be followed by the tenant in the future and that will be our proposed design to be used for energy modelling. But the bigger problem is, I don't know what are the requirements for the AHU fan power and besides, I've already searched the AHU fan power requirement in BHP over cfm or kw/cfm in the reference guide but I didn't see any tables or list. Is there someone who can give a tip where should I check or what guide should I check? Please help.

The minimum fan power requirement/baseline is in ASHRAE 90.1-2007. In the absence of knowing what will be installed the baseline and proposed get modeled the same as the in the baseline. If you wish to claim savings you can require the tenants to install systems that exceed the minimum requirements in the tenant guidelines.
