John-David,I'm not positive, but I believe you should use the paint VOC limits.Anyone have experience with this?

Spray paint is unfortunately not covered by Green Seal GS-11. USGBC issued a CIR under LEED NC v2.2 excluding spray paints from this credit, but it isn't clear as to whether or not this is also true for 2009. I would think yes, as there have been no documents issued reversing this that I know of. However, the CIR officially says "The ruling was not yet considered for projects using this rating system [2009]." See LEED Interpretation 2/10/2009 ID# 2486. (BTW, the new LEED Interpretations database works really well now - https://www.usgbc.org/leedinterpretations/LILanding.aspx)
