We have 2 buildings under the same ownership. Both to be certified under ID+C v4. I don't see a clear advantage of documenting through Campus Master Site approach - could you help me list some?
I understand one could be the 20% discount on registration of individual projects. But other than that, documenting twice a few of the credits listed in the Guidelines, doesn't give me much leverage to present to my client.
Also, if in the future another building is to be certified, but it's not in the same lot. How far could this 3rd building be from the first 2, to be part of the Master Site (non-contiguous)?
Thoughts?
