I'm working on a project that has a space which is eligible for additional interior lighting. In order to verify if the project achieves the performance requirements of Section 11 of ASHRAE 90.1-2007, I'm simulating the project. Should I include the additional interior lighting power for both models, in the simulation (proposed and budget building design)? Thanks.
