The goal of the online letter templates and associated file uploads is to walk the line between rigor of review and overload of information. The confirmation by the owner that an OPR is accurate and approved is a confirmation that the owner is aware of the commissioning process. The required uploads (unless you are using alternate compliance) are; the commissioning contract, two samples of installation checklists, and the executive summary from the commissioning plan and report. You do not need to provide (nor should they want) any uploads beyond those items.
