For the project located in Spain, I would like to use Option 4. Initially, it was supposed to be a single warehouse, but later the design has changed, and it will be a new addition to existing building.
As per manual: "Option 4 is for entirely new buildings but can also be used by projects that are new additions to
existing buildings; it involves conducting a life-cycle assessment for the whole building."
The gross floor area of the baseline and proposed buildings must be the same. As proposed building should I include an existing building with addition, and for the baseline buidling (under conidion the same gross area) also exisitng building plus initial design which was a single warehouse?
