NC-2009 PIf2:Project Summary Details

Adding floors within an existing volume.

Hello - I posted this already down the list, but I'm afraid it's too buried, so reposting.... We are reusing an existing church structure, adding two floors within the existing volume, and then also adding an adjacent building with a connector between. When completing PI Form 2, should we include the two new floors added within the exisitng building under "Existing, renovated gsf"? If we include it in "Total gsf" but not also in "Existing, renovated gsf", we get an error message on the form. But it also doesn't really make sense to include these floors in "New construction gsf." I'm trying to clarify because this is impacting our MRc1.1 qualification.... thanks!

I also realized this affects our points on EAc1, depending on how much of the final sf is considered "renovated" vs "new". if anyone has any insights, it would be appreciated! Thanks.
