Hi Bill,
When you say you have only seen actual measurements allowed for existing buildings, could that apply to an existing building (shell), but the project still pursuing LEED-NC because it was an major renovation?
If so, can we do that instead of doing a photometric analysis? Is there anyway not to do computer simulation for exterior lighting?
