Thanks Batya, and Susan hit the nail on the head. Proposing that at some point an LCA based credit could be an ACP for some of the MR Credits is tricky for many reasons. We are working to deliver the next draft of MR for 2012. We hope to sharpen and build upon the strength of the more familiar single attribute credit concepts and intents.

At the same time it makes sense to try and take best advantage of what LCA can do to more accurately achieve those intents. So maybe the answer is a bit of both for now as we transition to more sophisticated tools and strategies. We hope to present new ideas that do this. Thanks for your engagement and questions
