Sorry i posted this under the wrong version before, reposting it her. It is a BD+C v4 project we are working on and struggling a bit with the monitoring requirements for minimum IAQ. Two questions on this topic:

1) The project that is a manufacturing facility with a small percentage of office space. The main manufacturing area is using direct evaporative cooling and has 70 large fans pulling OA through the building to provide cooling. First, could anybody reconfirm that just installing CO2 monitors per the post below would be adequate to meet this requirement, as originally we planned to use current transducers. I couldn't find anywhere where CO2 monitors would be an acceptable monitoring solution for a mechanically ventilated space.

2) There are two distinct office areas on opposite ends of the building (building is about 200m long), each area of offices has a fresh air intake unit capable of supplying about 1800 CFM of OA. Is it necessary for us to monitor every individual room (office, meeting room, storage room), or could we just monitor the main OA supply? It's a constant volume system without individual control for each room, and it would be quite a lot of extra scope for the project if we need to install some kind of monitoring into every individual room. In addition to that, take for example managers offices, could we just have "open doors" or our louvers that that allow for air exchange? How does LEED determine how air is getting exchanged between two interior spaces (whether its a door, an opening, a louver, a partition with no door, etc)
