Pilot-Credits PC14:Walkable Streets

Access to Public Spaces

Is there a requirement or guideline as to how far from the project site the public spaces/squares/plazas need to be? We are assuming that they should be within 1/4 mile to 1/2 mile radius and accessible via a pedestrian route.
