About Existing Building for Retail

Hello, we are working on a existing building retail project, which has 43720.42ft2 and 31.16ft height with CO2 concentrations between 500 and 600 ppm. I would like to know if we can document this credit with natural ventilation only, and without having the prescription method of ashrae. Thanks!

There is a pilot credit to demonstrate compliance via an IAQ procedure. This includes taking measurements and meeting minimum standards for IAQ contaminants but CO2 concentrations are only one of many contaminants of concern that must be measured. Otherwise, you would need to follow the typical prerequisite requirements for naturally ventilated buildings.
